Payment & Ticketing Policy

1. Ticket Prices
All ticket prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your transaction will be the price charged.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cash payments at the museum ticket counter. Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.
3. Refund Policy
Tickets are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances — such as museum closure due to unforeseen events — a full refund or ticket exchange will be offered. Please contact us at info@museoculturecentre.com for refund requests.
4. Ticket Availability
Tickets are sold subject to availability. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time slot. Same-day availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. VIP Tickets
VIP tickets include a private guided tour, access to exclusive exhibits, and a welcome drink. These must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. VIP experiences are subject to guide availability.
6. Student & Senior Discounts
Discounted tickets for students and seniors require valid proof of identity and status at the time of entry. Without valid ID, admission at the full adult price will be required.
7. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for one admission on the specified date only, unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless a valid reason is provided.
8. Lost or Stolen Tickets
Museo Frida Kahlo is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Duplicate tickets will not be issued unless proof of purchase can be provided.
